Do you know that one of the reasons why your blood sugar level is high this morning is because of what you are doing late at night?

👉🏽Avoid eating foods like Eba, plantain, Fufu, pounded yam, beans, rice, meat, chicken, etc at night as dinner.
THEY ARE NOT DINNER FOODS.
The reason is that these foods are high in carbs and calories so they slow down your nighttime body metabolism which makes SUGAR LEVEL TO up in the morning.
👉🏽 Eat dinner early latest around 7 pm.
👉🏽Exercise before you sleep even if it’s just for 10-15 minutes.
Pls don’t make it too rigorous so your body doesn’t produce CORTISOL HORMONES which is a stress hormone.
👉🏽During the day use this formula when plating your food.
Your food must contain;
✨ LOW CARB – The lower carbs you consume, the lower glucose production, and the more easily you burn Visceral fats surrounding your organs which are responsible for insulin resistance.
✨ HIGH FIBER – Ensure your meal has lots of this
✨ LOW CALORIE – Ensure that the quantity of oil and meats you consume is minimal as they contain lots of calories. Don’t eat meat at night avoid it
✨GLUTEN FREE ensure you avoid foods that contain gluten.
Foods like wheat, and baked goods because of the type of flour used in baking them (from experience).
